What You Will Receive

Upon hiring, you will receive individual raw drum stems as WAV files, which are ready for immediate mixing in your preferred DAW (Logic, ProTools, Cubase, Sonar, etc.). These stems are typically recorded at 44 kHz/24-bit, with the option to request a 48 kHz recording.

Discounts

For larger projects recorded in a single session, I offer discounts. This efficient approach allows me to precisely tune the drum setup for your project, dedicate my full attention to your work, and minimize adjustments between songs. The larger the project—starting from three songs—the more substantial the discount you will receive.

Hiring a Professional Session Drummer

Choosing to work with an experienced online session drummer is akin to working in a fully-equipped commercial studio. With my extensive background in playing and producing, you can expect professionally engineered drum tracks infused with creativity and passion, aimed at fulfilling and surpassing your expectations.

The Process

Recording drums online differs from traditional in-studio sessions, as it lacks direct interaction. However, I facilitate a smooth process through clear and professional communication before and after sessions to ensure your requirements are met perfectly.

• Select Your Drum Session Package: Standard, Premium, or Deluxe.
• Prepare Your Mix: Ensure the WAV file starts from the first measure and beat. You can send a complete mix without drums or separate stems such as vocals, instrumentals, and demo drums.
• Provide Details and Preferences: Inform me of any specific wishes, performance notes, song tempo (e.g., ‘My Next Hit 48k 142 bpm.wav’), and if applicable, a list of tempo or key changes or a MIDI file with a tempo map. Assistance is available upon request.
• Recording: I will record the drum tracks and send them to you via WeTransfer.
• Importing tracks and Feedback: Import the drum tracks into your project, and let me know if you are satisfied or require modifications.

Creative Freedom

You do not need to dictate every aspect of what to play—that’s the benefit of hiring a professional. I use my extensive experience to deliver dynamic and appropriate drum performances. However, if you have specific drum arrangements, feel free to send a demo mix including drums.

Customization

You are welcome to specify your preferences regarding drum types and tuning.

My approach often introduces a distinctive twist to traditional styles, ensuring that each piece stands out. My natural approach adheres to the ‘less is more’ philosophy, ensuring that every note I play is intentional and meaningful. Payment Methods

Payments for online drum tracks are typically processed via PayPal. Alternative payment methods like wire bank transfers are accepted, and in Finland, MobilePay is also an option.
